Update 21 October

Pigs Ear Beer Festival Publicity, can you help us? In December it is our Branch Pigs Ear Festival Beer Festival at the Round Chapel Hackney. We need to let as many people know about our festival as possible. We achieve this by organising Pub publicity visits or publicity crawls. Whilst visiting the pubs we give out flyers to the customers and answer any questions they may have about our festival. We also ask the manager if they will display A4 posters and have an information area where we can leave some flyers, if the managers comply with our request we offer them 2 complimentary tickets valid for any session throughout the festival. If you can visit any pubs or want to organise a publicity crawl, please email us at the address at the top of this newsletter. We can arrange for you to meet us to collect some Festival publicity material. We have a few members who organise crawls in Hackney and adjoining North and East London boroughs. We especially need someone to coordinate publicity visits in Waltham Forest. It would be very supportive if you could join up with some of the crawls, they will be advertised in coming newsletters. The Pig's Ear Beer Festival organising committee are now busy planning for the 2019 Festival. We are looking for willing volunteers to help with the setting up and taking down, so do consider if you could be available. The days for this are Friday 29 November, Saturday 30 November, Sunday 1 December, Monday 2 December and then Sunday 8 December and Monday 9 December. We are also looking for anyone who might be interested in helping Team Tango with stewarding duties. Finally, we also need more volunteers who are willing to help us on Saturday 7 December. If you are interested or want more information then please contact the Festival Volunteering Team.  Thank You -------------------------------------- GOOD BEER GUIDE 2020 We are selling copies of the new guide.
